History and Architecture:
Opened for service on 11 March 1916. After the war years quite a revival occurred ans congregations increased ans quite a large Sunday School came into being. For use as a hall and Sunday School the Winkleigh Methodist Church was brought to Exeter and re erected behind the exisiting church.
