History and Architecture:

A local saw miller Mr John Brown obtianed the timber form a location called the rocky water hole. Mr George Catto a local carpenter erected the building. The church was offically opened on March 18 1887 by the Bishop of Ballarat.

The second church was opened on March 20 1965.

Organ:

The estate organ was purchased in 1908 at a cost of 33. In the early days the organist was Mr John Finch.
