History and Architecture:
Records show that the cause in this centre was established prior to 1859 and that a Sunday-school Home Mission Station.
During 1879 the Longley church was attached to the Franln Home Mission station. In 1902 the Rev. F. Delbridge was appointed to the Franklin Circuit.
Today the church is in private hands.
