History and Architecture:

The Maylands Church of Christ in South Australia grew out of the Janet Street (Maylands) Mission meetings.

A Foundation stone reads, " Church of Christ Maylands This stone was laid on December 11th 1909 by John Fischer President of Conference". This building became the church Hall. A further Foundation stone reads, " That they all may be one John 17 ; 21 This stone was laid by F. Collins Pastor of this Church November 20 1926". A final Foundation stone reads, " To the Glory of God This stone was laid by F.P. Langlois President of the Conference November 20th 1926".
