History and Architecture:
The first Church services in the area were held in the home of Mr W. Napier an unoffical and perhaps self appointed lay preacher. He is reported to have taken a burial there in 1882.
The Foundation stone was laid on 6 November 1965 by the Right Reverend D.A. Garnsey M.A. Bishop of Gippsland.
