History and Architecture:
The Church was established on this site in 1854. The foundation stone was laid on 14 November 1865. The Architect was Lloyd Tayler. A further Foundation stone reads, " Foundation stone of this Memorial Porch laid by G.A. Maxwell Esq MHR 6th March 1920".
