A Foundation stone reads, " This stone is laid to the memory of John Finlay by his Daughter 16th April 1913.
A wall plaque reads, " Wyuna Uniting Church This plaque was unveiled on 14th April 2013 to commemorate the Centenary of he Wyuna Uniting (fomely Presbyterian) Church and to honour all those who have faithfully served the church over this time. This plaque as presented to the Wyuna Uniting Church congregation by the Wyuna Historical Group Inc".
