Biography:
Fr Sheehan was born in Ballybunion, Kerry county, Ireland in 1877 and was ordained on the feast of Our Lady Help of Christian's. He arrived in Australia in 1902 and came to Boorowa six years later, as an assistant priest. In 1915, he came back to St Patrick's as parish priest.
Father Edmund Sheehan's grave is in the Catholic portion of Boorowa Cemetery.
