A Foundation stone reads, " This stone was laid by The Rev C.E. Turnbull Moderator of the Presbytery of Goulburn to commemorate the Jubilee of the first Presbyterian service in Bowral. 1888 - 1938. Rev R.H. Bagot Minister.
