History and Architecture:

The Church was built in 1912. The Architect was Mr. Alfred G. Newman, and the Builders were Kirk & Co. On September 11th, 1911, Mrs. F.
Davis turned the first sod on the new. site. The foundation stone was laid by Mrs. F. Cull 4th November, 1911, The official opening took place on Saturday, 16th March, 1912.

A Foundation stone reads, " This stone was laid by Rev Harold Wheen General Secretary S. School Dept Nov 2nd 1912". A further foudation stone reads, " This stone was laid by Mr Fred Cull 18th June 1927".
