History and Architecture:

In November 1887 preparations were commenced to build a church, the site was donated by Mrs Harriet Miller. The total cost of the building was £1384.0.0. On Saturday July 6,1889, the church was opened by the Right Reverend, the Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in the Colony of New South Wales, The Reverend Archibald Gilchrist, MA, LL.D.

A Foundation stone reads, "This Foundation stone was laid by William Wright Esqr of Drummoyne 20th October 1888. A further foundation stone on the Church hall reads, " To the Glory of God this stone was set by Edith Picard in the presence of the Moderator The Right Reverend R.C. Lawton October 16 1954 Reverend F.R. Charman MA Minister. A.F. Irvine Session Clerk W.E.P. Herring Secretary".
