History and Architecture:

A Foundation stone reads, " This Foundation stone of the Anzac Memorial Church was laid on 29th April 1916 by His Excellency Sir Hamilton Goold Adams C.C.M.C.C.B.".

A plaque reads, "Open, Inviting, Welcoming This church development was opened and dedicated by the Moderator, Rev Bruce Johnson on 4 December 2010. A legacy of Taringa Uniting (Methodist) Church, the closing of which in June 2000 helped make it possible.
