History and Architecture:
The original church was built in 1915 by Architects Kempson and Connlly. The Pastor was the Reverend M.F. McKenna. The current church was erected in 1961. The foundation stone was laid by the Most Reverend Arthur Fox D.D. on 10 December. Reverend Bernard Geohegan P.P. was the Pastor.
