Known today as Clempton Park Baptist church the Church was opened on 22 September 1962 by the President of the Baptist Union of Australia the Reverend G.H. Morling M.A.
A wall plaque reads, " This Church was opened to the Glory of God on 22nd September 1962 by the President General of the Baptist Union of Australia The Rev G.H. Morling M.A. Minister G.J. McArthur Lth Secretary Mr V.G. Veale".
