A wall plaque reads, "This plaque was unveiled on 23rd April 1972 by - Mrs Jean Collier esteemed member of this church since 1912 to commemorate the centenary of the formation of a Congregational Church Fellowship at Lakemba 1972 Deacons Mrs M Walther (Secretary), Mr V Bell (Treasurer), Miss J Prentice, Mr J Corry, Mr S Wilson (Senior Deacon), Mr A Hartley (Life Deacon), Mrs H Lavis, Mr G Hollingsworth Minister Pastor Raymond Green".
