History and Architecture:
Previously known as St John's Presbyterian. The first portion of the Church was erected in I890 at a cost of £673 on land donated by Captain Robert Craig, and opened on 19th July 1890. The Church was enlarged in 1898 at a cost of £567 and again in 1908 at a cost of £700 . The complete building, cost £1940. It is in the Neo Gothic style. The Architect was Statyer.

Organ:
An Organ was purchased from Messrs. Chas. Richardson & Co. and was installed in 1912, at a cost of £433 and was dedicated on Sunday, October 13. It was restored by PDG Jewkes in 1993 (2/10 mechanical and tubular-pneumatic).
