A Foundation stone reads, " To the Glory of God this stone was set by the Most Rev'd H.W.K. Mowll CMG DD on 3rd August 1958. All Saints Oatley West Rev'd S.W. Gissing ThL". A further Foundation stone reads, " To the Gllory of God this stone was laid by T.C.F. Jordan Esq 30th Jan 1932 Rev W.J. Siddens ThL Rector".
