A Foundation stone reads, "To the glory of God this stone was set by W R Glasson Esq. FRCSA 4th September 1954. A second foundation stone reads Yeoval Union Church, "To the glory of God this stone was set by A. A. West Esq. on behalf of his fellow trustees L Munro & W H J Tremain 4th September 1954 Yeoval Union Church.
